ONLINE POLICIES
Welcome to Project BLK.
On behalf of the company, we would like to thank you for your support for it is very deeply appreciated. Every piece we release is designed with intention, produced in limited quantities, and treated as part of a larger movement, not just a product. The policies below are designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of the brand, while offering a clear, respectful experience from checkout to delivery.
1. GENERAL ORDER INFORMATION

Current phase: Limited pre-sale
Available sizes during pre-sale: M (Medium) and L (Large)
Future sizing: Planned expansion to XS–3XL as inventory and production scale
By placing an order on www.projectblk.com (or any official Project BLK channel), you agree to the policies outlined on this page.
2. PRE-SALE & LIMITED RELEASE POLICY
During this current period, most Project BLK pieces are sold on a pre-sale / made-to-order or limited-batch basis.
What pre-sale means
Your item is reserved in advance and produced/allocated specifically for your order.
Production & processing times may be longer than a standard in-stock order.
Quantities are extremely limited—once a pre-sale window closes, that style, color, or price point may not return.
Pre-sale changes & cancellations
Orders can typically be adjusted or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not begun.
After that point, orders enter production and cannot be canceled.
Pre-sale returns
To protect limited inventory and responsible production, pre-sale items are generally eligible for:
Size exchange or store credit only, if:
Requested within 7 days of delivery, and
The item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and packaging intact.
Refunds to original payment for pre-sale items will only be considered in the case of:
Manufacturing defect, or
Incorrect item sent.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
(TBD)
Processing time
In-stock items: Usually process within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Pre-sale items: Processing + production times will be stated on the product page; please allow additional time before shipment.
Shipping methods & timing
Shipping carriers and estimated delivery windows will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery time = processing time + carrier transit time.
Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via your choice of contact
Delays & lost packages
Once orders are handed to the carrier, transit delays (weather, routing, volume, etc.) are outside of our direct control.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, we recommend:
Checking with neighbors/household members/front desk,
Waiting 24–48 hours in case of carrier scan delays,
Contacting the carrier with your tracking number.
After that, reach out to Project BLK Support with your order number so we can assist you.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES (NON PRE-SALE ITEMS)
We want you to love how you feel in Project BLK. While we are a small, growing brand, not yet a mass retailer, we still aim for a fair and transparent policy inspired by how major luxury houses handle returns: items must be in perfect, sellable condition, with original tags and packaging, and returned within a defined window.
Eligibility
Unless otherwise marked as Final Sale or Pre-Sale Only, eligible items may be:
Returned for refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery, or
Exchanged for a different size (if available) within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, unaltered
Free from stains, odors, pet hair, and damage
With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions, similar to major luxury brands which require merchandise to be in perfect, saleable condition for returns or exchanges.
Final sale items
The following are typically Final Sale and not eligible for return or refund:
Discounted / promotional sale items
Gift cards or digital products
Limited “drop” pieces clearly marked Final Sale on the product page
Items marked as non-returnable at checkout
5. RETURN PROCESS
Request a return
Email us at sales@projectblk.com with:Order number
Item(s) you’d like to return
Reason for return (fit, quality, wrong item, etc.)
Return authorization
If your request is approved, we will:Provide return instructions, and
Confirm whether you’ll receive refund, store credit, or exchange.
Shipping your return
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend a trackable shipping service; Project BLK is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Inspection & processing
Once your item arrives, please allow 7–10 business days for inspection and processing (many luxury brands use similar 7–15 business day timelines for returns).
If approved, your refund or store credit will be issued.
Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original form of payment.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
6. EXCHANGES
We currently offer exchanges for size on eligible items, subject to available inventory.
If the requested size is in stock, we will ship the exchange once your original item has been received and inspected.
If the requested size is not available, we may offer store credit in place of an exchange.
For pre-sale items, exchanges are limited and handled case-by-case due to restricted inventory.
7. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We stand behind the quality of Project BLK pieces.
If you receive an item that is:
Damaged or defective, or
Not the item/size you ordered
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Order number
Photos of the issue
A brief description of the problem
If verified, we will work to:
Replace the item (if possible), or
Issue a refund or store credit if replacement is not available
8. PRICING, TAXES & DUTIES
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
For any international shipping (if/when offered), duties, customs fees, and import taxes may be charged by your country’s customs office. These are the responsibility of the customer.
9. PRODUCT CARE & WEAR
To preserve the feel, structure, and print/embroidery detail of your Project BLK pieces, we recommend:
Turn garments inside out before washing
Cold wash on gentle cycle
Avoid harsh detergents and bleach
Hang dry or tumble dry low
Do not iron directly over prints or embroidery
Normal wear, pilling, or fading from improper care or extended use will not be considered manufacturer defects.
10. POLICY CHANGES
Project BLK is a growing brand. As we scale and expand our offerings, we may update these policies from time to time to better reflect our operations and to align with industry standards, similar to how major luxury brands periodically revise their terms of purchase and return conditions.
Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Orders placed after that date will be governed by the updated policy.
